The Trump administration has ordered immigration agents to verify if migrants have submitted their names and personal information to an online record as part of an expansion of the president’s mass deportation effort.

If migrants are not registered or do not carry the proof of their registration with them, they are told immigration and customs compliance agents that “treat the abroad case as a priority of immigration application” and that “the case send the United States Department of Mustice for penalty.

An ice source said they believe that many illegal migrants won the registration, becoming main objectives for trial and deportation.

Trump signed an executive order, protecting the American people against the invasion, on their first day back in the White House, racing the way for registration that now requires that migrants present personal information or face Feenes and Opes.

Illegal migrants over 14 years must present digital footprints and housing addresses to registration or potentially face criminal prosecution or deportation, according to citizens and immigration services in the United States.

“Most aliens in the United States have already registered, as required by law,” according to USCIS. “However, a significant number of foreigners present in the United States do not have a direct way of registering and fulfilling their obligation under INA [section] 262.

“So that unregistered aliens can fulfill their duty under Ina [section] 262, USCIS is establishing a new form and process by which they can register. No foreigner will have an excuse not to comply with this law. “

Migrants who do not register could face the face or up to $ 1,000 per day, the Secretary of the Department of National Security, Kristi, appoints the position on Tuesday.

They could also face up to six months in prison, Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday.

“Everyone should know that because we are enforcing the registration law of aliens, if you have a leg here more than 30 days and is not registered with the government, they now come after you criminally,” he names Whie Raidix.

A federal judge ruled on Thursday that the Trump administration can process with the registration requirement, while imposeding the consequences to those who are not registered after a handful of non -profit Ories tried to block the registration requirement to enter into force.

“The plaintiffs have not shown that it is likely to happen in the merits,” the judge of the DC District Court, Trevor McFadden, ruled on Thursday. “They have not been able to demonstrate that they have a position to bring this demand.”
