DOJ moves to drop charges against MS-13 leader Henrry Josue Villatoro Santos busted in Virginia

The Department of Justice withdrew the charges against “one of the main” leaders of MS-13 who live illegally in the United States while prosecutors seek to deport the native week of El Salvador after being arrested in an important operation.

Henrry Josue Villatoro Santos was caught by charges of arms duration of a morning raid at his mother’s house in Virginia in March, 23 miles from the capital of the nation.

Attorney General Pam Bondi moved to dismiss the charges against Santos, who “will now face the elimination process,” according to a letter from a page presented on Wednesday night.

Bondi is looking for a quick route of Santos’s deportation, Washington Post reported citing unidentified sources.

Santos’s lawyer, Muhammad Elsayed, argued that the government’s motion would be delayed for two weeks by fear gangbanger, it would be quickly deported and Illawfilly sent to a prison in El Salvador.

The charges were dismissed without prejudice, indicating that prosecutors can accuse Santos again.

Santos was captured during a joint operation that involved FBI, ICE, ATF, the Virginia State Police and the Prince William County Police Department on March 27.

The FBI agents broke into Woodbridge’s house of Santos’ mother, Virginia, violated the front and rear doors to enter while executing a search warrant.

Santos was found hidden in a bedroom that leads to the garage of the house and bent behind a small wall out of the view of the agents.

A stunned grenade was used to capture Santos who had refused to follow the authorities’ commands.

A treasure of weapons was discovered inside the house, including a Taurus G2C 9 mm gun, three additional firearms, ammunition and two silencers.

Bondi promoted the high profile trial and assured that Santos not stayed in the country for much longer.

“It is not wrong, it was one of the main leaders, directing all the violent crimes of MS-13 on the east coast. It was an answer for heinous acts, and should never have bone in this country,” Bondi said.

“America is safer today because the main domestic terrorists in MS-13 are out of the streets,” he added.

The 24 -year -old was accused of possession of a firearm by a person in the country illegally.

It was one of the almost 350 illegal migrant criminals snatched by a new FBI working group in March.

“In less than a month, we have arrested 340 suspects,” said Erik Siebert, an interim American prosecutor of the East district of Virginia. “For criminals, everything I have to say is” we will come. “
