Dear Abby: My partner and I have one leg together for more than five years. He has two adult children. I learned two days ago that I am pregnant.

At 43, I didn’t think a child was in my future. But now that I am pregnant, I could not be happier.

I am cautiously excited because I am not sure what my partner’s reaction will be. I have not shared with him that I am waiting. How fast I need to tell you?

– Pregnant pause in New York

Dear pregnant: Tell your partner nowso that both can begin to plan how to integrate this new person into their home.

If your reaction is positive, it will be the beginning of a happy trip. If your reaction is negative, and because babies are exhaustive, discuss what you can mean financial, which will allow you to prepare to raise the baby on your own with its financial support.

Dear Abby: I am a retired man who, unfortunately, was caught in an inheritance scam on the Internet and lost all my money. Now I am ruined and indebted.

This is the sausage that could have happened. I had to request bankruptcy (Chapter 13).

Fortunately, my house is paid, but I could lose my truck (my only means of transport) if I cannot follow my bankruptcy payments. I have medical problems and take many medications, so I have to reach the appointments of my doctors.

Banking payments are high, and I’m afraid I will soon be able to pay them.

I was enjoying my retirement, and now I have nothing. I don’t know what to do. What can you suggest?

– Disvied in Wisconsin

Deathed: I regret your situation.

It is possible to reduce your bankruptcy payments of Chapter 13. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, communicate with the legal assistance society or a pro bono lawyer and request help. Laws may vary from one state to another, and a lawyer can help him. I wish you success.

Dear Abby: I am 17 years old and I will turn 18 in six months. I can’t wait to move.

My mother and I have a hard relationship. We argue every day. She is an addict, sometimes it is difficult to talk to her.

I feel that nothing I do will be good enough for her. I feel that I am walking on egg shells.

I plan to move as soon as possible, but I need to help with thesis in recent months. I feel that I am barely enduring. Please give me some advice.

– Toe tortured in Indiana

Dear adolescent: I regret the stressful situation in which you are. It should certainly be released as soon as you can.

Are there other relationships that could be willing to stay with them until you graduate from high school and find a job? If there is, that would be ideal. If there is NO, start talking to a teacher or trusted advisor at school and explain what is happening because there may be resources in your community for young people with problems with problems.
