President Donald Trump has joined the mounts gathered outside the Basilica of San Pedro, after flying to Italy for the funeral of Pope Francis.

The world leaders have joined the main churches and crowds of the faithful in the Plaza de San Pedro on Saturday morning before Pope Francis’s funeral. The president of the United States, Donald Trump, and the first lady Melania had a moment at the foot of the Pope’s coffee to pay respect as they arrived, the coffin now sealed after the days of San Pedro were open to the public to see.

In total, about 200,000 people are expected to crowd the Vatican today at the funeral.

President Trump had flown during the night from Washington on Air Force One, landing around midnight in Italy (1800 ET). Upon arriving in Europe, President Trump focused on political businesses, with the meeting of world leaders in Rome so that the funeral will probably leave Bilateral meetings Ad-Hoc, even in the Ukraine peace process. The president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, is not due to the funeral, but the Volodymyr Zensky of Ukraine is, and he was showing his seat shortly before President Trump.

He has suggested that the two would have a meeting in person after the funeral with the hope of softening how a peace agreement would work, and if one is possible.

Writing about Truth Social, President Trump said last night: “I just landed in Rome. One day in conversations and meetings with Russia and Ukraine. They are very close to an agreement, and the two parties should now meet, at very high levels, to” finish. “” Most of the main points are agreed.
