The lawyers for the suspended murderer Luigi Mangione, a graduate of the Ivy League accused or knocking Brian Thompson, the CEO of UnitedHealthcare in the city of New York, presented a motion in a federal court in a federal court to the judge to block the Department of Justice of the Pension Department of the Pensions Department of the Department of Pensions of the Pension Department of the Pension Department departments.

Mangione’s lawyers argued that the federal case, which appeared after New York prosecutors leveled their own positions of murder and terrorism against them, is “arbitrary and capricious” and that the directive attended Lasedes.

In a second argument, they are also issued with an Instagram post of the Department of Justice in which the language suggested that Mangione has already been convicted of the charges, has not done so, and that such language harmed the deadline of the Grand Jury, which could the deadline of the deadline of the deadline, what a powerful deadline of the deadline of the deadline of the deadline next week.

“After a careful consideration, I have ordered federal prosecutors to seek the death penalty in this case as we carry out the Trump President Trump’s agenda to stop the violent crime and make the United States safe again,” said Attorney General Pam Bondi on April 1.

The presentation, signed by the lawyers of Mangione, Karen Friedman, Agnifilo and Avi Moskowitz, also a problem with the language they argue suggests that the state of the victim as CEO influenced the decision to seek capital punishment.

“Very clearly, this is a case that will be judged both within the courtroom and outside it,” said Paul Mauro, a retired inspector from the New York Police who has been following the investment closely.

That raises challenges to lawyers on both sides, for the judge, and for the final result to be “completely based on justice.”

“Mangione is not yet accused of the federal government, and the game game has begun,” he added.

Mangione’s surveillance images allegedly fired the CEO of United Brian Thompson in Manhattan. Obeyed by NY Post

Thompson, 50, was the father of two two visits to New York City for a publicly announced shareholders conference.

Surveillance video from outside the hotel where the conference should be a hero shows an armed man who approaches him from behind and opens fire, then moves away while a female witness runs in the opposite direction.

“The lawyer is not aware of any disposition in the death penalty statute or in the death penalty protocol of the Department of Justice that allows us to consider the social, economic or professional status of an alleged homicide victim to determine whether to see the death penalty.

Mangione has the battery of planning the murder to sow terror in the health insurance industry, which he allegedly criticized in a newspaper that the police spent their trial in Pennsylvania days after the shooting.

Their lawyers are asking the court to eliminate the potential death penalty as an option if they are convicted, to order the great members of the jury to be examined to detect potential damages, to order Bondi to confirm that it is aware of the rules that govern the extrajudicial rules, and that inspect the documents of the justice of justice, as well as the communications between the government and any person who addresses the mortality of death. Any business, corporate interest or lobe.

Nicholas Berse, Head of Public Affairs of the United States Prosecutor’s Office for the Southern District of New York, declined to comment on the new defense presentation.
