Meet developers

The developers of a site of approximately 5.28 acres along Lawrence Expressway between Lakehaven Drive and Lakedale Way are celebrating an online dissemination meeting of April 24 so that community members review and comment on their planning application.

The true companies of life are proposing to demolish the Lakewood Shopping Center and an old car service center to build a commercial building with at least 10,000 square feet of floor area along Lakehaven Drive. The development would also include 101 units of houses attached to 15 three -story buildings, including 16 units with mother -in -law, accessible from Lakedale Way.
The residential and commercial parties of the project would be separated by a linear package owned by the San Francisco Public Services Commission (SFPUC), which is not part of the project.

The zoning of the proposed site is designated “mixed use of the village” under the master plan of the city’s center of the city, which has not finished the leg. Current zoning and permissions of the city apply to the site.

For more information about the project or meeting, send an email to the True Life Kelley Rutchena representative at krutchena@thetruuelifefecompanies.com. For the issues related to the city, communicate with the senior planner Jeffrey Cucinotta at 408-730-7424.

The meeting is scheduled for 6-7 pm at https://thetruuelifercompanies.zoom.us/j/88535419203.
