Historic jail tour
Orwell meets Elvis for a journey of the Animal Farm and Jailhouse rock organized by older adults in the Bay area. On April 22, adults over 50 are invited to join a guided tour of the Museum of History of the Coast and the prison to learn about the history of agriculture, surfing and surfing of Half Moon Bay railroad and listening to stories of prison crimes.
After lunch, visit a farm of animals whose mission is to provide emotional support for those fighting complaints, diseases and other challenges.

Building a volunteer base
The reconstruction of Silicon Valley is looking for volunteers to help on the National Reconstruction Day on Saturday, April 26.
Volunteers of the project site are needed to help repair and Customer Houses from Mintain. These clients are mainly low -income veterans and older adults, families with young children and residents with disabilities.
The reconstruction together is also looking for photographers to capture progress in each project site, and warehouse volunteers are needed for voluntary tasks before, duration and after the day of reconstruction.
In 2024, the reconstruction of Silicon Valley hired 1,116 volunteers who donated 10,990 hours to perform repairs in 256 houses and two non -profit facilities.
