Not many golfers can say that they have hit a hole in one on the PGA tour. Now, if Woo Kim can say that he has done it six times, and twice in an important championship after his most recent ace on Friday.
In the PGA championship, Kim Teed, 29, of the longest torque 3 in Quail Hollow. After keeping his tracking for a rhythm, he leaned down, as if he guided the ball with his mind, and saw him bounce in the green and head directly to the pin.
After he landed in the Cup, an excited Kim threw his club into the air and began running in celebration.
Kim hit 5-madera in the sixth hole of 252 yards, which makes him the hole in the history of the major championship.
There was no need to tell him that he had the previous record: it was Kim last year in Royal Throne.
“The last record was also me, because I have made a similar number in Royal Throne, so it was the longest in the history of the longest history,” he said.
His AS at the British Open last year was in the 178 yardas hole in Throne.
“Yes, it’s exciting,” he said. “I hit him as exactly as he wanted. So it was great and then it was quite memorable hole in one in greater.”
His six holes in one are the most of any golfer in the spray of the 2016 tour. The South Korean ended on the 7th day 64 and in a draw for the second place.
Jhonattan Vegas was in charge for the first time in a specialty and did not go back on Friday. Vegas sailed for the nine rear in Muggy Quail Hollow and was a torque of 10 years until a 3 -foot was lost and ended a splendid day with a double bogey for a pair 70 a pair, giving him a two -shooting advantage.
He was 8 under 134 years old, two ahead of Matthieu Pavon from France (65), former champion of the Open Matt Fitzpatrick (68) and Kim.
