The Miami hurricane supporter, Adarius Hayes, was among the injured in a two -catering accident that left two dead children and captivated several other people to need hospitalization, police said Sunday.
The accident occurred on Saturday in the hometown of Hayes by Largo, Florida, near Tampa. A 10 -year -old boy and a 4 -year -old boy died in the accident, police said.
Hurricanes had no immediate comments about Hayes’s condition. The police said the investigation continued and that alcohol was not believed to be a factor in the accident.
Hayes played in 12 games as a true first -year student for Miami last season, mainly in special teams. It was a four -star recruit that left long and chose Miami after attracting recruitment interest in Florida, Florida State, Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, Notre Dame and Ohio State, among others.
Long is about 20 miles east of Tampa and about 15 miles to the north or St. Petersburg on the Coast of the Gulf of Florida.
