Indiana Fever make wave of roster cuts after first preseason game

Indiana Fover is the last WNBA team to cut her list, cutting the South Carolina Guard Bree Hall and the former Oregon Jillian Alleyne outstand after her first preseason game.

Hall is a twice NCAA champion who averaged 5.8 points in 18.4 minutes per game in four seasons in South Carolina. She was a teammate with the star of Fover Aliyah Boston for three seasons, and the two gathered at the training camp. Hall fired the best 38.9% of the race of three in his senior season, and was recruited in the 20th position in general for the fever in the WNBA Draft of 2025.

Alleyne signed a fever training field treatment in March. The former Oregon star has been dominating abroad in Türkiye. She briefly played in Minnesota Lynx and Washington Mystics, but has passed or her professional career abroad, including three seasons in Israel. The 30 -year -old was the NCAA rebound leader in 2014, and has the second largest number of doubles in the history of Division I of the NCAA.

13 players remain in the Indiana Fame

Indiana’s fever only brought 15 players to the training camp, and after this first wave of cuts, they now go down to 13 players.

Those players are:

  1. Damiris Dantas striker
  2. Natasha Howard striker
  3. Kelsey Mitchell guard
  4. Lexie Hull Guard
  5. Front Dewanna Bonner
  6. Center of Aliyah Boston
  7. Caitlin Clark Guard
  8. Sydney Colson guard
  9. Guard Sophie Cunningham
  10. Brianna Turner striker
  11. YVONNE FRONT EJIM
  12. Makayla Timeson Center
  13. Guard Jaelyn Brown

EJIM, Timpson and Brown now fight for the final stains of the list: the channel fever of up to 12 players in their list, but most teams choose to have 11 for cost savings purposes.

Timpson was recruited in the 19th place in general for fever in the WNBA Draft of 2025 after a race in Florida State, while Ejim was recruited 32nd in general of Gonzaga.

Brown is in his second year at the WNBA, after 14 games for the Dallas Wings last season.

Against the Mysics of Washington, Brown played 15 minutes and recorded 2 points in 1-6 shots, Ejim played 5 minutes and Timpson scored 4 points in 9 minutes.

Against Brazil, Timpson scored 9 points in 10 minutes, EJIM added 6 points in 3-5 shots, while Brown accumulated 2 points, 4 assists and 4 stealing in 15 minutes.

The teams will end their lists before May 15.
