Elon Musk is finishing his official role in the Trump administration, but if the last social position of President Trump’s truth is an indication, the billionaire does not go far.
“Tomorrow I have a press conference at 1:30 PM EST, with Elon Musk, at the Oval office,” Trump published Thursday. “This will be his last day, but not really, because he, always, will be with us, helping until the end. Elon is excellent!”
The government government of Musk will end on May 30, the legal limit of 130 days for its designation of “special government employees”. He was appointed in January to head the Government Efficiency Department (Doge), created by the Executive Order on the day of the inauguration.

The scope of Doge has extended through the federal government, but not without rejection.
Democrats in Congress have abruptly criticized Musk’s role. Duration of an supervision audience of the February house, representative Melanie Stansbury, DN.M., described its influence as “recsinence and illegal”, accusing Trump or “subcontracting a billionaire who does not respond to anyone.”
The representative Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, warned that Musk was acting as an “not chosen official” within the executive branch.
Despite criticism, markets welcome Musk’s return to the private sector. Bloomberg reported that Tesla’s shares rose 4.2% this week in the news of their government departure.
