Do you need a training update where you can easily transmit a lot of fun classes from home? Well, you’re in luck. Les Mills On Demand is one of my favorite fitness applications and their classes have a pillar in my physical conditioning routine for years.
Curious about what exactly Les Mills is?
Les Mills comes from New Zealand! It was a four -time Olympic athletics that opened its first gym in Auckland in 1968. Since then, they and their family have built the group of group fitness of the world name for its dynamic programming.
In addition to the classes in person that can be taken in 20,000 gyms worldwide, Les Mills has become a worldwide fitness leader and has launched Les Mills on Demand, a fitness application for iOS and Android. With a subscription, you can take classes of your phone, tablet, computer or throw them to your TV.
They sacrifice 16 exercise programs that vary from 15 to 55 minutes that accommodate all levels of skill and physical conditioning interests. To keep it interesting, new training is launched every quarter and each training is a professional filmed and stuck.
Les Mills on request is first category in each category. Read my full review of the Les Mills application here.
What is the cost of Les Mills on request?
They are € 14.95 per month or € 134 (best value) paid per year per year here in continental Europe. In the United States, it is $ 14.99/month if you pay monthly (but only $ 9.99/month if you pay in advance for the year). Considering the cost of gyms in person, Les Mills On Demand is a robbery.
