The Nets dropped their last road game of the season, 117-91, to Minnesota before a crowd sold 18,978 in Target Center on Friday night.

This tank campaign is almost merciful, with only last Sunday against the Knicks.

Brooklyn (26-55) has been for its worst campaign since 2016-17, when it was only 20-62.

The Nets followed Minnesota for so many Axis 28, abused from the interior playing without Nic Watchton, Day’ron Sharpe or Noah Clowney.

They had no response against the center of Minnesota, Rudy Gobert, who went out with 35 points and 11 rebounds in 13 or 17 shots.

Keon Johnson led the Nets with 20 points.

But they allowed 58 points in the painting, fired only 37.1 percent in general and were mistreated all night.

Brooklyn coughed a 30-9 Timberwolves race that covered four remaining minutes in the first quarter until the second.

Then he saw that the game was completely controlled with another race in the third.

This time it was an explosion of 25-9 that opened it from par.

The Nets followed 96-68 with 2:19 remaining in the third in a triple of former Knick Julius Randle.

They may not be playing much, but the Nets are closing their season with three consecutive enemies that are linked to the playoffs and highly encouraged.

That gap in talent and motivation showed.

After being routed on Thursday at home by the Hawks, they were bombarded in Minnesota.

Minnesota (48-33) has won seven of eight and eight of 10.

The Timberwolves did not pull their entrants until there were only three minutes removed, up to 110-88.

Traxton, starting with discount Cam Thomas, the starting shipowner D’Angelo Russell (ankle), starting the striker Cam Johnson (back) and the Sharpe backup center (knee) were all out of the networks.
