The Wall Street Journal first reported the news of the court.

The condition of Jeffries has deteriorated to the point that it now requires constant supervision and attention, according to a psychiatrist hired by the defense.

An expert presented by the Prosecutor’s Office reached a similar conclusion, stating that the condition of Jeffries is almost sure that it will deteriorate even more.

In the light of these conclusions, the legal team of Jeffries has asked the court to hospitalize it for a period of four months to assess whether it can be considered competent to participate in legal processes.

Prosecutors have not opposed the motion.

A spokesman for the United States Prosecutor’s Office in the Eastern District of New York declined to comment on the matter.

Jeffries, who directed Abercrombie from 1992 until his departure in 2014, was accused of the autumn past by federal positions of sex trafficking and interstate prostitution.

The accusation alleges that Jeffries, his partner Matthew Smith and the associate James Jacobson orchestrated an international sexual traction operation between 2008 and 2015.

The three are accused of attracting young men promises of modeling opportunities, a topic coercing to attend sexual events under false pretensions and submit an issue to unseen sexual acts.

According to reports, victims received drugs, forced to sign non -dissemination agreements and caused their personal belongings to confiscate thesis events.

The alleged activities were located in places like New York, the Hamptons and several international destinations.

The three men declared themselves innocent.

Brad Edwards, a lawyer who represents alleged victims in a civil lawsuit against Jeffries, said that his clients will advance with his case regardless of the Court’s decision.

“We hope it will be rehabilitated and in front of the penalty it deserves,” Edwards told the Journal.

“Regardless, hey cannot and will not avoid responsibility in our civil collective claim.”

Criminal charges are in conjunction with disturbing accusations described in a separate civil demand, details or that were first reported by the position last month.

In that case, two candidates for male models filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court of Manhattan claiming that they were promised high jobs in payment with only Abercrombie to be drugged, raped and trafficked by Jeffries and its circle.

The two men, whose identities are being sustained, claim that all body hair should be shaved and support the painful injections of the penis with the intention of prolonging the erections that revolve the alleged abuse.

According to the civil complaint, an associate of Jeffries named James Jacobson recruited men around 2010 and 2011 and coerced them in private meetings under the claim to examine them for modeling opportunities.

According to reports, one of the men was a teenager at that time.

Jacobson supposedly assaulted both before being in the biggest scheme.

It is said that the abuse occurred in the properties in Manhattan and the Hamptons, as well as the international trips, according to their lawyer, Robert Georges.
