Bob Boffer White Hair Shock has been a characteristic part of triple crown horses for decades. But for those who follow the sport closely, their decades of trap, doping, denial and litigation are their true presentation card.

In March 2020, Baffert wrote this at the Washington Post asking for federal regulation and approval of the Cavalry Integrity and Security Law. In the 13 months after the publication, Bob Baffert Racing Stables Horses Tesive for prohibited substances five times in three states, including Medina Spirit in the Derby Kentucky 2021.

Despite crossing the finish line first, Medina Spirit was disqualified for doping and the official did not win the race for the roses. The horse then died on the track. It was added to the record number of dead horses by breed of Baffert over the years. The most successful coach in history has been summoned by crimes related to doping at least 29 times.

With Medina Spirit, Baffert blamed Cancel Culture, then possible a boyfriend in one of his footprints that urinated in the barn after drinking cough syrup. It was the first time that his boyfriends sank on his legs for possible consumption.

In 2000, the nautical aspect tested positive for morphine, and Baffert repeatedly asked a member of the stable staff who testified that he was eating poppal seeds and muffins around the horse to explain the positive test. The boyfriend left the stable instead. In 2020, he said that an assistant in the barn had a patch for his back pain that triggered two additional positive tests. So, yes, we are going to almost a quarter of a century that everyone has an exception of guilt, the coach, whose apologies go far beyond tense credulity.

In a rogue sport, what Baffert has done is combine the most precious blood horses in the world with a veterinary program that gives it as much plausible denial as possible, and a legal arm that guarantees victories.

Not only does it compete on the track, but in preliminary kunter audiences, regulatory hearings, audience rooms and anywhere height that can delete and deny what has been obvious to a generation; That he

Now, after a three -year suspension of all the clues owned by Churchill Downs Incorporated, Baffert is back in his usual barn in Louisville for the first Saturday of May. He returned for the first time last November, after leaving a litigation against CDI in January 2024. He will have a citizen bull running in the first position. Rodríguez was going to run out of the fourth position, but it was a late scratch on Thursday.

Baffert has 17 triple victories in the crown, including six in the Kentucky derby, and for the numbers it is, with much, the most successful coach of his time in more than $ 320 million in prizes won. He has captured the triple crown twice, with American Pharoah in 2015 breaking a 37 -year -old drought by winning the three largest races for three -week children in six weeks.

He did it again in 2018 with Justify, who was caught Doping week before Kentucky derby in his classification career in Santa Anita, but Baffert and his team made those audiences move behind closed doors. Justify should never have been allowed to compete first. And if the New York Times we do not fall, we would never know how the California Horse Race Board changed the rules on the march to keep the bad public relations away from a triple crown winning campaign.

On a cloudy day of Baltimore in 2023, he had a horse full of drugs that should never have leg races on the track, and then preakness bets a couple of hours later they won. It was just another day on Baffert’s track.

These are all things to remember when NBC interviews the coverage of Boffert Duration of all Derby Day races. And although there is no doubt who is the most successful coach of his time, the question is how much of his gain has been at the level. And how many horses have suffered and dead unnecessarily under their care to feed those championships.

We will never know. But with decades of repeated false steps in his curriculum, we can continually ask ourselves how Baffert is allowed to exercise his trade anywhere. And how many more horses will do it or suffer because that.
